Details Introduction
YA Series Vibrating Screen is of multiple layers and vibrating circularly. It is of long screen line, correct to screen in all kinds of specification products. Our vibrating screen adopts the barrel type of eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust the swing. It is also of reliable structure, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency, low vibrating noise, long durability, convenient maintenance, safe operation, etc. Our vibrating screen is widely used for screening in mines, building material, transportation, energy sources, chemical industry, etc.
Working Principle
The motor adopts the triangle belt to cause the eccentric block of the exciter to rotate at high speed. The rotating eccentric block produces a great centrifugal force, which stimulates the screen box to produce a certain amplitude of circular motion. The material on the screen is transmitted by the impulse of the screen box on the inclined screen surface and produces a continuous throwing motion. The particles smaller than the sieve hole are permeated through the screen in the process of the material meeting with the screen surface, thus realizing the classification.
