Working Principle

When the cone crusher works, the rotation of the motor makes a swing movement around a fixed point through the belt wheel or coupling, the drive shaft of the conical crusher and the conical part of the conical crusher under the force of the eccentric sleeve. Thus, the broken wall of the broken cone sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the surface of the rolling mortar wall fixed on the adjusting sleeve, so that the ore is constantly impacted in the crushing chamber, and the crushing of the ore is realized by extrusion and bending. The motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the bevel gear, so that the broken cone can be rotated. The crushing cone is near and sometimes away from the fixed cone to complete crushing and discharging. The connection between the support sleeve and the frame body is pressed by the spring. When the crusher falls into the unbreakable objects such as metal blocks, the spring produces compression deformation, expels foreign bodies, realizes insurance and prevents the machine from being damaged. When the non-breakable foreign body passes through the crushing chamber or the machine is overloaded for some reason, the spring insurance system of the cone crusher is insured, the discharge port of the cone crusher is enlarged, and the foreign body is discharged from the crushing chamber of the cone crusher.
