Working Principle
When the sand washing machine is working, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after decelerating through the triangle belt, reducer and gear. The sand and stone feed trough enters the washing trough, rolls under the impeller's drive, and grinds each other to remove the impurities covering the sand and stone surface, and destroys the water vapor layer of the sand to facilitate dehydration. Strong water flow, timely impurities and small proportion of foreign bodies to take away, and from the overflow outlet flume discharge, to complete the cleaning effect. Clean sand and stone are taken away by the blade, and finally the sand and stone are poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller to complete the sand and stone cleaning.
