Working Principle

VSI centrifugal impact crusher is the use of high-speed movement of materials between the self-breaking and friction between materials and comminution. The centrifugal impact crusher can not only crush stones, but also reshaping stones. According to the material feeding mode, the centrifugal impact crusher can be divided into complete central feeding and central feeding with waterfall feeding. According to the compressive strength and abrasion resistance of the material, the centrifugal impact crusher can be divided into two types of crushing:between materials and between material and liner. Therefore, the centrifugal impact crusher can be divided into four types of work: the central feed with waterfall feed "between materials" and "between material and liner", the complete central feed "between materials" and "between material and liner". The material enters the crusher through the hopper, and is divided into two parts by the material cone on the distributor tray. A part of the throwing wheel which enters the high-speed rotation from the middle of the dividing tray is accelerated rapidly in the throwing wheel, and then it is thrown out from the runner at high speed. First, another part of the material falling around the dividing tray is impacted and broken, then it is impacted on the material lining of the crushing chamber together, then it is rebounded and obliquely impacted upward to the top of the crushing chamber. Change the direction of downward movement, and the material emitted from the rotating channel form a continuous curtain of material, so that a piece of material in the crushing chamber by repeated impact, friction and grinding and crushing. After crushing, the material is discharged from the crushing chamber and discharged into the unloading hopper of the lower casing under gravity.
