5X series new sand making machine (centrifugal impact crusher) is widely used in various kinds of metal and non-metallic ores, cement, refractory matter, abrasives, glass raw materials, construction aggregate, machine-made sand, metallurgy and other industries. It is suitable for medium and fine crushing all kinds of ores and rocks with different hardness, such as iron ore, non-ferrous metal ore, corundum, bauxite, quartz sand, brown aluminum oxide, perlite, basalt and other high hardness materials.
Working Principle
Material is divided into two parts by feeding hopper into sand-making machine, and one part by feeding hopper into high-speed rotating impeller, which is accelerated rapidly in impeller. The acceleration can reach hundreds of times of gravity acceleration. Then the material is ejected from the three uniformly distributed channels of impeller at the speed of 60-70 m/s. First of all, the material is ejected from the impeller. A part of the material collected and dropped around the distributor is impacted and broken, then impacted together on the material lining in the vortex support chamber, rebounded by the material lining, impacted obliquely upward to the top of the vortex chamber, and changed its direction of motion, turned downward to form a continuous material curtain. Such a piece of material is subjected to two or more probabilistic impacts, friction and grinding in the swirling crushing chamber. The crushing material is discharged from the lower discharge port. In the whole process of crushing, the materials impact and break each other, not directly contact with metal components, but with the material lining impact, friction and crushing, which reduces angle pollution, and prolongs the wear time of mechanical technology. The vortex flow inside the whirling chamber eliminates the dust pollution.
