Details Introduction
Drying machine is used in beneficiation, construction material, metallurgy and chemical engineering industry to dry wet material, rotary dryer has strong adaptation of material's characters, many kinds of material could be processed and because of its simple structure, drying machine is general adopted by clients. For a better control of drying machine's temperature, thermocouple is set on feeding and discharge device, temperature variation of feeding and discharge end is shown on thermometer to control the working temperature(350-380 degree).
Working Principle
Drying machine is composed by barrel, big gear ring, pinion, riding wheel, catch wheel and supporting shaft. Through reducer double reduction, pinion drives big gear ring, motor drives barrel working in designed speed to dry the material.
